Our Annual Meeting, held at the Italian Community Center on June 15 – along with a virtual option was a great morning of impactful presentations, panel discussions and announcements, highlighted by the awarding of the BHCG Paul Purcell Leading Change Creating Value Award. From all reports, it was the most compelling annual meetings in our 19-year history.

We held our fifth annual golf outing, On Course for the Clinic, at Ironwood Golf Course on August 18. More than 100 golfers enjoyed a great day on the course, raising more than $50,000 to benefit Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, a Milwaukee area based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Sixteenth Street is a vital part of the health care delivery system, filling a significant gap in access to primary health care for the underinsured in our community.
