BHCG to add new consumer communications campaigns in 2019
BHCG teamed with Engagement Solutions, a division of UnitedHealthcare, to develop three additional communications campaigns available exclusively for member employers. The new campaigns will focus on:
- The ”Medically Homeless” – building member awareness of the importance of establishing a relationship with a primary care provider
- For UMR customers, successfully introducing Premium designation and Tier 1 programs and educating employees how to effectively use Premium/Tier 1 providers within their medical plan benefit
- Change management strategies and tools related to the implementation of Navitus as a pharmacy benefits manager
These three new campaigns join three others that were made available to member employers, at no cost, last year. The initial campaigns focused on:
- Increasing utilization of Premium® Care physicians in the Premium designation program
- Educating employees how to effectively use Premium Tier 1 providers within their medical plan benefit
- Change management resources, strategies and tools to help employers successfully manage health benefit changes, including the introduction of the Premium designation and Tier 1 programs
