BHCG Member Employers Recognized
Many BHCG member employers have long been recognized as outstanding places to work by various publications and organizations and this year was no exception.
Both Baird and MolsonCoors Beverage Company earned Gold status recognition from the American Heart Association (AHA) Workplace Health Solutions program in 2021, while Children’s Wisconsin, Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Hydrite Chemical earned Silver status. According to the AHA website, “…Workplace Health Solutions offers a suite of science-based, evidence-informed tools and services to help employers build and maximize an effective workplace culture of health.”
Kohl’s, ManpowerGroup and Rockwell Automation have been named to the 2022 list of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere, which defines and advances standards of ethical business practices. There are 136 companies from 22 countries and 45 industries on the World’s Most Ethical Companies list.
Baird once again made Fortune magazine’s annual list of the 100 best companies to work for. This is the 19th year in a row Baird made the list. Said Rodney Jones-Tyson, Baird’s global chief human resources officer in the Fortune article, “We are grateful to our associates around the world for their efforts to make Baird a great place to work. We know that being among the best is both a privilege and an ongoing journey. Receiving and acting on feedback from our associates enables us to keep getting better.”
Congratulations to these BHCG member employers for their continued commitment to excellence in all they do!
