BHCG-Centivo High-Performance Health Plan Solution

Effective January 1, 2022, BHCG self-funded member employers have access to a high-performance health plan solution designed to deliver quality, affordable health care to employees and their families. BHCG and its administrative partner, Centivo, have developed high-value, primary care-driven networks in direct partnership with leading Wisconsin health systems and provider groups.
The new high-performance health plan focuses on value (the combination of quality and cost-effectiveness as demonstrated by the GNS Healthcare Physician Value Study) at the health care provider level, and guides consumers to make better health care decisions. It includes broad, intermediate and value provider networks and features fully transparent administrative services, efficient claims processing and advanced cost controls. Most importantly, the plan aligns all features – the network structure, employer benefit design and provider payment approaches – to facilitate positive change in the provision and cost-efficiency of health care in Wisconsin.
The symposium will include:
- An overview of the provider networks Centivo has developed in Wisconsin exclusively for BHCG member employers
- An employer’s perspective of the advantages of adopting the BHCG-Centivo high-performance health plan solution and an overview of the implementation process
- A health system’s viewpoint concerning the advantages of participating in BHCG-Centivo’s unique health plan offering
