  direct partnership with leading Wisconsin health systems and provider gro
 ups.\n\nThe new high-performance health plan focuses on value (the combina
 tion of quality and cost-effectiveness as demonstrated by the GNS Healthca
 re Physician Value Study) at the health care provider level\, and guides c
 onsumers to make better health care decisions. It includes broad\, interme
 diate and value provider networks and features fully transparent administr
 ative services\, efficient claims processing and advanced cost controls. M
 ost importantly\, the plan aligns all features - the network structure\, e
 mployer benefit design and provider payment approaches - to facilitate pos
 itive change in the provision and cost-efficiency of health care in Wiscon
