Need an excuse to get out of the house and have some fun while raising money for a worthy cause? How about a chance at winning $10,000 for a hole-in-one? Consider joining us for a day of safe golfing, on course contests, raffles, wine auction and dinner buffet at Ironwood Golf Course in Sussex on August 20. This will be the Third Annual BHCG Golf Outing with all proceeds going to Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers.

Sixteenth Street Clinic Community Health Centers, a Milwaukee area-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is a vital part of the health care system and our community, filling a gap in access to primary care. The Clinic provides quality, patient-centered, family-based health care and supportive services to tens of thousands of people – saving our local health care system millions of dollars each year.
