Change Management Resources Added for Member Employers
Working with Engagement Solutions, a consulting division of UnitedHealthcare, BHCG has added change management resources available exclusively to member employers. These resources can help employers manage changes throughout their organization, including transforming employees into more active, knowledgeable consumers of health care.
Numerous tools are available to allow employers to gain a thorough understanding of the fundamentals to successfully manage health benefit changes. Also included is sample messaging for senior leaders, managers and employees for introducing Premium designation and Tier 1 programs.
These resources join two Engagement Solutions communications campaigns which were made available to member employers, at no cost, late last year. These initial campaigns focused on two objectives:
- Increasing utilization of Premium® Care physicians in the Premium designation program
- Educating employees on how to effectively use Tier 1 providers within their medical plan benefit
Additional campaigns are being planned. Watch for more information coming soon.
