We are proud to share the strong 2025 results of the High-Performance Plan with Centivo. With 33,000 members enrolled in a Centivo plan, the data shows meaningful progress in helping members access the right care in the right setting while improving affordability and overall plan performance.
When compared to Milliman Benchmarks, High-Performance Plan members experienced:
- 11.7% higher preventive care utilization
- 48.1% lower specialist visits
- 16.9% lower hospital admissions
- 13.0% lower emergency room utilization
- 43.7% lower urgent care utilization
Overall, these employers spent 11.4% of their medical spend on primary care compared to 4-6% nationally.
This is translating into significant savings for our employers and their members. Continuously enrolled members are delivering strong financial results.
