As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued commitment to improving health care value for employers and their employees. This has been a year marked by collaboration, innovation, and measurable progress toward our shared goal of delivering high-quality, affordable care.

Together, we advanced several key initiatives:

• Physician Value Study 3.0 – Enhanced transparency by benchmarking provider quality and cost efficiency. This work continues to serve as a vital resource for employers, providers and other stakeholders seeking to understand and improve the value delivered in health care.
• High-Performance Health Plan – Advanced high-value care through our PCP-driven model. Plan members and employers paid 11.3 percent less than benchmark, experienced higher rates of preventive care and testing, and spent less time in ERs and hospitals.
• Rightway Partnership – Improved pharmacy benefit transparency and member navigation. We look forward to sharing more about the experiences of our member employers launching in January.

These efforts are critical as we navigate a rapidly evolving health care landscape – one that demands alignment, creativity, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

Looking ahead to 2026, BHCG will continue to champion strategies that drive measurable impact. We will deepen our engagement with stakeholders, explore new models of care, implement quality improvement efforts with providers, and leverage data-driven insights to ensure our members remain at the forefront of health care transformation.

We are also excited to introduce new educational content and resources designed to empower employers and their teams with actionable insights. These offerings will include in person events/webinars, toolkits, and thought leadership materials focused on emerging trends and best practices in health care value. In addition, we are implementing new ways to support BHCG through Affiliate Memberships and other sponsorship offerings.
