Business Health Care Group and UnitedHealthcare have launched a two-year pilot for UMR customers. Through this agreement, UMR will provide credits to eligible employers that will completely offset the annual BHCG membership fee.

Who is eligible?

• The credit is available to current and new UMR employers who are self-funded with 100 or more employees in the 22-county BHCG service area.
• To be eligible for the pilot and the membership fee credit, the UMR customer must already have or convert to a UMR Premium designation tiered provider plan.

What are the credit specifics?

• The credit pays the $15.00 BHCG annual membership fee per subscriber per year for one year.
• The pilot runs for calendar years 2018 and 2019.

Please note: This membership incentive is available on a first come, first-served basis for existing UMR employers and is capped at 10,000 employees.
