A Message from Our Executive Director
The strength of BHCG has always come from our member employers working together. In 2025, that shared commitment gave us a strong foundation for the next stage of our work. We continued to make data more useful for employers and health care leaders, supported a health plan centered on high-value care and broadened the conversations that help members learn from one another.
Our third Physician Value Study offered a clearer view of physician quality and cost efficiency across Wisconsin. The BHCG-Centivo high-performance health plan continued to demonstrate what a different approach can achieve. We also advanced discussions with Rightway to strengthen pharmacy benefit options for members in the year ahead. Each of these efforts reflects the same belief: employers can improve health care when they have credible information, practical solutions, and a collective voice.
We also spent time listening to our member employers about the challenges they face and the connections they value. Those conversations helped shape a more intentional approach to learning and networking, including the development of our Connect360 learning series for the year ahead.
I am grateful to our members, partners, and team for the energy and commitment they brought to this work. Together, we are building on a strong foundation and creating more opportunities for employers to lead meaningful change in health care.

The BHCG-Centivo High-Performance Health Plan
Through BHCG’s collaboration with Centivo, participating employers have access to a health plan solution, designed to challenge the traditional health care model and produce measurable results.
In December 2025, BHCG reported that plan members and employers paid 11.3% less than the benchmark, while members enjoyed higher use of preventive care and testing and less time in emergency rooms and hospitals. These results illustrate why BHCG continues to pair employer purchasing power with information about provider performance.
