We strive to communicate timely information about our activities, initiatives and results and those of our stakeholders and strategic partners, using a variety of media platforms.

Newsletter

The Catalyst, published periodically throughout the year, focuses on BHCG news and information regarding initiatives, activities, events and results. This year we added a new column entitled, Partner News, where we highlight significant awards and accomplishments of our member employers, best in class strategic partners, and network health care systems and provider groups.

Marketing Collaterals

As BHCG continually enhances its programs and adds services, it’s necessary to update our portfolio of marketing materials. These materials detail how we are leading change and creating value for our member employers, their employees and dependents, and the community. Exhibiting at Conferences

This year we exhibited at the following two conferences to share BHCG’s initiatives to improve health care quality and cost efficiency for employers, employees and the community with interested health care and benefits stakeholders:

  • Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials (WASBO) in May in Madison
  • Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in October in Wisconsin Dells

BHCG Website

In 2023 we embarked on a significant overhaul of our website, updating its platform and functionality. The overhaul consisted of two phases. The first phase mostly happened behind the scenes by installing new, state-of-the-art code to ensure the site was secure and viable.

The second phase, which is still ongoing in 2024, involves refreshing the design and improving navigation and the user experience so it can serve as a strong tool for recruiting and retaining BHCG members. The site also informs employer members and other stakeholders about BHCG activities and solutions to bring value to health care.

Going forward, we will continue to improve the site, using more imagery and calls to action. This will begin with more enhancements to the home page and then proceed with key secondary pages.

Great design is a strength of the organization, and the updated website adds to this strength. The site is an invaluable tool to communicate the organization’s work to remain at the forefront of efforts to improve the value of health care – both quality and cost. Milwaukee Business Journal’s Celebrating Anniversaries Edition

We celebrated 20 years of being at the forefront of improving health care value in a variety ways in 2023, including participating in the Milwaukee Business Journal’s annual Celebrating Anniversaries edition. Our full-page ad, [link to ad] on July 24. 2023, highlighted the history of our organization and the numerous accomplishments we have achieved in our first 20 years.

YouTube Channel

Our YouTube channel provides a place to access videos of interest to current and prospective members and stakeholders,  including  our membership value proposition and benefits available to employers through relationships with our best in class strategic partners.
