Standalone memberships are available to employers outside the Wisconsin 22-county primary service area for certain employer solutions.
BHCG Leadership
BHCG member employer representatives provide our organization with leadership and guidance by serving on several committees:

| Executive Steering Committee | Provides leadership, sets strategic direction; manages and controls BHCG business affairs and assets |
| Finance Committee | Reviews the organization’s revenue and expenses vis-à-vis budget |
| Benefits Forum | Shares best practices, strategies and lessons learned; reviews vendors as needed; receives administrative partner updates and information regarding BHCG initiatives |
| Operational Oversight Subcommittee | Collaborates with UnitedHealthcare to drive continuous quality improvement of its operations and processes on behalf of employers |
| Premium Designation/ Tier 1 Subcommittee and User Group |
Collaborates with UnitedHealthcare to enhance the Premium Designation program and offers employers additional resources and education to take full advantage of BHCG’s exclusive access to the Tier1 program |

BHCG Membership
BHCG membership exceeds 250,000 covered lives in the 22-county region of eastern Wisconsin and nationwide through standalone memberships for employers accessing BHCG best in class strategic partners. All BHCG-related services and products are optional – giving employers the flexibility to structure benefits and resource utilization as they see fit. Additionally, standalone memberships are available for employers wanting to access only specific employer solutions, not including single medical plan administration from UnitedHealthcare.
