 any employers are aware of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) of 20
 21 and some of the new requirements it imposes on them. One area of the CA
 A\, though\, has not received as much attention as it deserves: broker and
  consultant compensation disclosure rules.\n\nThis new obligation applies 
 to vendors who provide certain “brokerage” or “consulting” service
 s to employers. Congress wanted employers to have more information about w
 hat payments their health plan vendors receive.\n\nJoin us at this symposi
