2017 was a highly successful year for the Business Health Care Group on many fronts, highlighted by strong membership growth and retention of all self-funded member employers. Member employers were added in both southeast Wisconsin and in our relatively new expansion area of northeast Wisconsin. We couldn't be more pleased by the membership growth we have seen over the past year and the momentum it provides us as we take up new and exciting initiatives in 2018. Read More

New Opportunity for UMR Customers: BHCG Membership Dues at No Cost

Business Health Care Group and UnitedHealthcare have launched a two-year pilot for UMR customers. Through this agreement, UMR will provide credits to eligible employers that will completely offset the annual BHCG membership fee. Read More

Brokers Gain Insights Into Employee Health and Wellness Engagement

Over 60 brokers and consultants were in attendance at the BHCG February 8 Broker/Consultant event, Engaging Employees & Building Cultures of Health hosted by Baird. Attendees heard from employers and a leading population health management expert, among others, on the benefits of motivating employees and dependents to make better decisions — about their health care and their own health. Read More
