BHCG Initiates Employee Engagement Communications Solution

Working with Engagement Solutions, a consulting division of UnitedHealthcare, BHCG is embarking on the development of coordinated consumer communications campaigns that will be offered to its member employers to select, customize as needed and deploy on their behalf. The initial campaigns will focus on two objectives:

  • Increasing utilization of Premium® Care physicians in the Premium designation program
  • Educating employees how to effectively use Premium Tier 1 providers within their medical plan benefit

Multi-channel media components of the marketing campaign will include:

  • Videos
  • Print materials/targeted mailers
  • Emails
  • Texts
  • Social media
  • A microsite
  • Intranet content

There is no cost to the employer for these campaigns. However, if they would like to co-brand the materials with their own logo or re-brand the materials completely, they will be afforded a BHCG-exclusive 30 percent discount off of Engagement Solutions' standard pricing. This exclusive pricing pertains not only to customization for these campaigns, but also any future services.
