Web2Print adds new documents about BHCG/Humana products and services
Would you like ready-to-download documents to communicate with employees or clients about the features and benefits of BHCG membership? The BHCG Web2Print site – accessed directly from the BHCG website by clicking on the Web2Print tab (see below for more information on how to register for the site) – may be just the ticket.  We continue to add content to the BHCG Web2Print site, making it an increasingly valuable communications tool for employers and brokers/consultants.

In just the last month numerous documents have been added to Web2Print including:

  • Documents from Humana concerning mammography, colonoscopy, hip replacement, maternity/pregnancy, the RightSource – its mail order prescription program – and many others
  • A poster for promoting the Best Doctors program along with a brochure outlining Best Doctors’ services and its flyer about arthritis care and treatment
  • A poster from the Center for Diagnostic Imaging concerning its Open MRI
  • Various documents to communicate with employees about Leapfrog’s Hospital Safety Score consumer web site and app

These documents join an already extensive library of customizable documents, ready for downloading and printing*. Categories of documents include:

  • Preferred vendor-prepared communications
  • BHCG advantages and benefits documents
  • An Idea Library with documents other BHCG members have used to communicate with employees, including documents regarding open enrollment, wellness, health care consumerism and many more
  • Humana communication documents
  • A Buyers Guide to Health Care – series of online education videos designed to help employees understand the health care system
  • General employee communications about health care consumerism, wellness and open enrollment

Employers and brokers/consultants who do not have access to the Web2Print site resources are asked to contact Joleen Hohl at the BHCG to obtain registration instructions. Joleen can be reached at 414-858-2311 ext. 2 or at jhohl@businesshealthcaregroup.org.

*Please note: This is a secure system in all respects. Once you have logged-on, you are in a safe and secure environment. No other users are able to access or view any information, documentation or products you have configured.

American Cancer Society offers free Content Subscription Service to employers
In a recent meeting with staff members of the American Cancer Society, the BHCG was made aware of the Society’s Content Subscription Service. The service is a free electronic toolkit that supports the health and wellness needs of employees with information about cancer prevention and early detection and support services and resources for those facing cancer. The toolkit materials, designed for employers of any size, can be used by human resources, internal communications and wellness departments to implement a variety of health and cancer awareness campaigns.

A subscriber can customize the toolkit’s content to fit their organization’s communication tactics such as intranet sites, email blasts and newsletters. The toolkits include:

  • A customizable message/letter that can be sent from a member of the organization’s leadership to employees
  • Messages and content that includes suggestions and ideas to help promote general awareness
  • Promotional flyers and other collateral materials
  • Featured podcasts, recipes, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

To view some of the materials and sign up, go to Content Subscription Service and click on subscribe. You can also find a link to the Service from the BHCG site. Just click on employers at the bottom left side of the home page to see the link to the American Cancer Society web site.

Help your employees stay well and get well by sharing resources like the health awareness messaging and cancer information available through the Content Subscription Service.
