This event will feature a keynote address by Ray Fabius, MD, entitled: Population Health, Population Health Management and Building Cultures of Wellbeing. Dr. Fabius is known to be an entertaining and informative speaker.  Most recently he co-founded HealthNEXT, the emerging leader in building corporate cultures of health and wellbeing. In addition to holding physician executive positions across a wide variety of organizations in the health care industry including serving as the Global Medical Leader for GE, Dr. Fabius co-authored Population Health: Creating Cultures of Wellness, one of the leading textbooks in the field. Additionally he is the medical advisor for the Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health.

Dr. Fabius will draw from his experiences and his textbook to meet these Objectives:

  • Gaining a greater understanding of population health and the care continuum
  • Learning what individuals, employers, delivery systems and communities can do to promote wellbeing, reduce health risks and health care costs
  • Operationalizing population health management by focusing on access to care, patient advocacy, education, activation and engagement, care coordination and improving health outcomes
  • Connecting Health to Performance & Wealth
